Many pieces are one-of-a-kind; others are made in very limited quantities. Each listing describes the piece you’re purchasing.

Our designs feature a changing selection of gemstones, freshwater pearls, and artisan components. The materials used in each piece are listed in its product description.

Our jewelry is designed and finished in Dallas, Texas.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping is available to select international destinations when an option appears at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and import fees.
Do you accept custom orders?
We welcome inquiries about custom pieces and changes to an existing design. Email Laura@LauraBSmithJewelry.com with the style you have in mind, your preferred colors or stones, desired length, and the date you need it. We’ll let you know what is possible and provide a quote and timeline before work begins. Custom, commissioned, and altered pieces are final sale.
How do I choose a bracelet size?
Measure your wrist where you plan to wear the bracelet and check the size stated in the listing. If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, please contact us before ordering. Larger beads can make a bracelet feel more snug.
Can you resize or remake a bracelet?
Please contact us before sending your bracelet, with your order number, its current size, your desired size, and photos. Restringing and resizing a stretch bracelet starts at $45, plus any additional stones or components and return shipping. You are responsible for shipping the bracelet to us. We’ll confirm the full quote before beginning work.
Can you shorten a necklace?
In many cases, yes. Shortening and restringing a single-strand beaded necklace starts at $65, plus return shipping. Hand-knotted, multi-strand, and more intricate designs are quoted individually. Please contact us before sending the necklace so we can discuss the finished length and provide a quote.
What if my jewelry breaks?
Contact us with your order number and photos before sending the piece. We’ll review it and explain the options. If inspection shows a construction defect, we’ll repair it at no charge and cover shipping. Repairs related to wear, damage, or a requested size change are quoted before work begins.
How should I care for gemstone jewelry?
Put jewelry on after lotions and fragrance, and remove it before bathing, swimming, or exercise. Wipe it gently after wearing and store pieces separately. Because gemstones have different care needs, please ask us before using a liquid cleaner or ultrasonic machine.
How do I care for freshwater pearls?
Put pearls on after makeup, perfume, and hairspray. Wipe them with a soft cloth after wearing and store them in a soft pouch, away from jewelry that could scratch them. Avoid harsh cleaners.
What is your return policy?
Eligible, unworn pieces may be returned according to our Returns & Exchanges policy. Please contact us before mailing a return. Custom, commissioned, and altered pieces are final sale.

Start with the neckline you wear most often and check the length in the listing. A shorter necklace frames an open neckline; a longer one can sit beautifully over a simple blouse or dress. If you’re unsure about the fit, contact us before ordering.
