Wholesale Agreement

By opening a wholesale account with Laura B. Smith Jewelry, the retailer agrees to the following terms:

Wholesale purchases are intended for resale through the approved retail business listed on the wholesale application.

Wholesale accounts are reviewed individually and may be approved, declined, or discontinued at the discretion of Laura B. Smith Jewelry

Retailers are responsible for providing valid resale, tax-exemption, or VAT documentation when applicable. 

Because many Laura B. Smith Jewelry pieces are one-of-kind or produced in very limited quantities, product availability may change without notice. 

Wholesale pricing, minimum order requirements, payment terms, and shipping details will be provided to approved retail partners. 

Laura B. Smith Jewelry products may not be sold through unauthorized third-party marketplaces without prior written approval.

Retailers are expected to represent the Laura B. Smith Jewelry brand accurately and maintain the integrity of product names, photography, and description when provided. 

Wholesale orders are subject to the wholesale return and exchange terms provided at the time of ordering.

By submitting a wholesale application and accepting these terms, the retailer confirms that the information provided is accurate and that the business is authorized to purchase merchandise for resale.
